We put our house up for sale on September 2, 2017 with the help of our agent Arthur Khaimov from Home Life/Vision Realty Inc. Arthur phoned us on December 22, 2017 to tell us we had an offer. We sold our house on December 23, 2017.

We had a couple people view the house but they would say they did not like the area. We did not understand because, our house is in East Toronto near schools, churches and near the Don Valley Parkway. It is also near the Pape subway station. I would say it was in a great area of town.

Since the offer came in there were more calls to show the house. However, we negotiated with the first buyer and accepted their offer.

The closing is at the end of March.
