Birny's Shark/Swordfish Marinade
From: msgctr@calmasd.Prime.COM (Message Center) 3 large cloves (toes) garlic 1 lemon 3 dashes worcestershire sauce 2 dashes soy sauce 1 teaspoon dill weed (dried) 1 teaspoon Parsely Patch (brand) Herbs & Spices 1 tablespoon oil (I use Olive) 1/4 Cup white or blush wine fresh ground pepper to taste 1 appropriate sized ziploc plastic bag Squeeze lemon juice into bag and add all other ingredients. Add fish. Seal bag, Press gently to tenderize and then let sit for up to 45 mins or place in refrigerator until use. Turning occasionally. Will keep ok for up to 3 days depending on freshness of fish. Makes enough marinade for 2 large steaks.
