World's Best Salsa

		5 medium tomatoes (chopped)
		1 large onion (chopped)
		5 jalapenos (sliced)
		1/2 jar pickled jalapeno juice
		3/4 - 1 cup ketchup
		2 - 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
		Fresh cilantro (minced)

	A food processor is recommended for this recipe. Remove the
	skin of 5 tomatoes. Process 1 chopped tomato, onion, jalapenos
	and juice, garlic and cilantro to desired chunkiness. Add
	ketchup and remaining chopped tomatoes and blend until
	thoroughly blended.

	NOTE: When using jalapenos labeled "hot", I suggest cutting
	back to 3 jalapenos and 1/4 jar of jalapeno juice.
