Pasta Dijon Salad

1/4 Cup Grey Poupon Mustard
1/2 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup red wine vinegar
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 large clove of garlic, finely minced
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 Cup cooked peas
1/2 Cup broccoli flowerets
1/2 Cup pea pods
1 lb pasta of your choice, freshly cooked and drained


In a large bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, scallions, garlic and tomato.

Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature.

Add remaining ingredients.

Toss lightly.  Serve immediately.

Garnish with tomato rose if desired.

Serve 4-6.
