Mixed Fruit Muffins

2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
⅔ cup sugar

1 egg, beaten
⅓ cup shortening, melted
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream

½ cup finely chopped peaches, peeled & stoned
½ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup seedless grapes, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 400 deg F.  Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
Stir in the egg, shortening, milk, and sour cream, just until
moistened.  Fold in the fruits.  Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and
bake approximately 20 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
