Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1/2  cup oatmeal
1/4  cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/4  cup liquid egg substitute
1/2  tsp cinnamon
1/2  tsp vanilla
1/4  tsp baking powder
2  tsp margarine

Process the oatmeal, cottage cheese, eggbeaters, vanilla, baking powder
and cinnamon in a blender until smooth.

Use a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, add the batter and cook over
medium heat approx. 4 minutes on first side, 2 minutes on second side until
lightly browned.

Top with lite butter spread and sugar free syrup.
