Chocolate Icing

1 square chocolate, unsweetened
6 tablespoons boiling water 
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler, add boilling water and stir until 
smooth.  Add vanilla and the sugar.  Stir until mixture is smooth or dissolve
1/3 cup of cocoa in the boiling water.  A little cinnamon may be added.
