Chicken Barley Stew

Reduced sodium chicken broth 5 cups
Chicken, cut to cubes and browned
Can of tomatoes
Cooked cauliflower 1½ cups, cut into pieces, Chopped
Cooked broccoli 1½ cups, Chopped
Uncooked baby carrots 6 medium, Whole
Cooked frozen yellow corn 1½ cups
Uncooked celery 1½ cups, Chopped
Uncooked pot barley 1 cup
Bisto Traditional gravy mix ¼ cups

Add chicken broth to slow cooker
Add everything else except the barley and bisto to a slow cooker
Add any spices you like. I add saltless seasonings, pepper and garlic
Cook on high for 4 hours
Add barley
Mix the Bisto with hot water and add it to the cooker Cook on high for another 2 hours
Let stand for a couple of hours to thicken and put in separate dishes for freezing.
