Buckwheat Cake

1 1/2 cup buckwheat
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup currants or raisins
2 cups water (for cake, more to bring batter to pancake consistency)
1 tblsp oil

Blend all ingredients together.

Bake in 8" square pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.  As I recall,
the cake is pretty crumbly.
