Blueberry Cake

1 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cup blueberries
4 Tablespoons flour

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour 8x8x2 pan.

Toss berries with 4 Tablespoons flour.  Sift cake flour, baking powder
and salt.  Set aside.

Cream butter and sugar.  Add egg and mix well.  Add vanilla.  Add flour
mixture and milk.  Fold in berries.

Pour into prepared pan.  Bake 35-40 minutes
