2020.10.29 Off to the Dominican Republic

We stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites for two nights. The next morning we left to turn the truck in then Scott Thompson the dealer that bought our truck kindly drove us to the airport.

At first we were taking West Jet but we both got an email saying they are not flying because they do not have enough people to fly, so we went with Air Canada Express with a twelve hour layover in Newark, NJ where we slept in a quiet hotel called Home 2. Then woke up early to get a driver to take us to the airport for an 8:30 flight on United Airlines to Puerta Plata.

We are here for six months. The people are great. All we have to do is learn their language. I know "hola" Which means "hello".
