2013.12.07 Beaches Blues Fest Christmas Party

D'Arcy and I headed out to join a great Christmas Party hosted by a fun loving person LeRoy St. Germaine. We saw all the usual suspects plus new ones. There was Johnny playing along side Bonnie Elvis and Lee Van Leer on keyboards with Bruce on drums. Then Bruce stepped down and D'Arcy Cain stepped in on drums.

The Soul Instigators were next with Lee Van Leer on keyboard, Pete on rhythm guiter, Gord on Bass and joining them was George Elvis on lead guitar. Pete was doing sound also.

Two young musicians from Oshawa played some nice original music. We also met our good friend Sady or "Saxy Sady" who brought her soprano sax but unfortunatly it was too broken to play. Karen Wild Child did a few songs. Towards the end of their set Mojo came in to play some Harp.

D'Arcy and I saw Mojo the night before at D'Arcy's Gig with The Rave at Working Dog Saloon goes to show you it's a small world.

As usual I took pictures with D'Arcy's help. Thanks to Pete who took one of D'Arcy on drums since I am still in the wheelchair and could not get a good view.
