Tofu Chili

(Addapted)

4 cups cooked pinto beans
2 10 oz. cans whole tomatoes
2 tablespoons onion
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2-3 tablespoons chili powder
1 lb. tofu, cubed
1 tablespoon tamari

Saute tofu, onion and garlic in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
SERVES: 6.
