Grandma's Crunch

1 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup cornflakes
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon honey
6 oz butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)
pinch salt

Melt butter and honey.  Add soda.  Stir and when it foams mix with dry
ingredients.  Press into a sponge roll tin and bake at 300F for half
an hour.  Cut into pieces while still just warm. 

I like to throw in some spice and I think raisins would be a nice addition.
