Apricot-Pecan Bread

 
 2 C. flour
 1 1/4 C. sugar
 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
 1/2 tsp. soda
 1 tsp. salt
 1 egg
 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
 3/4 C. apricot nectar
 2 C. dried apricots, chopped
 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
 
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt. Add egg, oil, &
apricot nectar & blend well. Add apricots & pecans. Put into greased loaf pan
& bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool & slice.
