Apricot Chicken

1 jar (16oz)    Apricot Preserves
1 bottle (12oz) Russian Salad Dressing
1 envelope      Onion Soup Mix

1-2 packs       Chicken cut-up  (Any type of pieces) {great with drummettes}

In a large bowl, mix first 3 ingredients  stirring until mixed. Rinse chicken
and pat dry with paper towels and place in baking dish.  Pour above mixture
over chicken.  Place in 350 degree oven for about an hour or until cooked.
Chicken should be a little crispy on top and sauce should be bubbly.

Place Chicken on serving dish and munch!!
