Apple Cake
Ingredients 1 Cup white sugar 2 tsp. soda 1 Cup brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 Cups flour 2 eggs Dash of Salt ½ Cup oil 4 Cups apples, dices 1 Cup nuts Frosting: 1 pkg. (8oz. cream cheese) 3 Tablespoons butter 1½ Cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients, except apples and nuts. (mixture will be stiff). Add apples and nuts. Spread in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 - 45 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and beat until fluffy. Spread on cake before completely cooled. Serves 12. Can be frozen. Also good by using cool whip or by not frosting.
