Goodbye to a special friend

Tanya: 1982 - 1995

Tanya was given to me by my sister in law, Linda. She said the owners worked and the cat was alone all day. I had to have him. We were living at the stacked townhouse on Kennedy Road with my brother in law Ken. In fact Ken named her Tanya.

She moved with us. Once when we were living in Rexdale a dog was running after her and she ran and secured herself to a screen door like a cartoon cat on a car window.

She died at 207 Gamble. I remember holding her up so she could eat. Then we wrapped her up in a towel and took her to Coxwell Animal Clinic and said our last goodbyes.

Tanya you will always be missed
