1.5 lbs elbow macaroni, cooked until done, and washed in cold water.
3 tablespoons mayonaise
3 tablespoons sesame oil.
2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste - you can grind sesame seeds into
paste yourself if you don't have it).
1 small minced onion.
3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter.
Juice of one lemon.
White pepper to taste.
Mix well. Let sit for five minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings.
The salad shouldn't be really saucy, but sort of dry. I'd try cutting
the oil in half first, and then adding it a little at a time until you
got the right consistency.
