Jeanne's Lemon Cake
1 lemon cake mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp lemon extract
1 box lemon Jello
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 box powdered sugar
Dump everything into a bowl. Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased
and floured bundt pan (or a 9x13 pan) and put in the oven for 40-45 minutes
at 350 degrees F.
Take out of the oven. Let cool 5 minutes (it will come out of the pan easier).
Mix lemon juice and the powdered sugar (I mix it a little thick so some of
the glaze stays on top of the cake instead of all sinking in).
Turn the cake out on a plate. Poke many holes in it. Spoon the glaze all
over the cake. Serves 1 or more.
