1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 Whole clove Garlic 1 Egg 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice 1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 5 Anchovy filets 1/4 Tsp. Pepper 1/2 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup Fresh Croutons 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce Mix all ingredients except Parmesan Cheese and Croutons in blender. Make sure garlic and anchovies have been blended thoroughly. Chill dressing for at least 45 minutes. Wash lettuce and separate into pieces. Chill washed lettuce until ready to serve. Immediately before serving, toss salad by combining lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and Croutons. Serves 4.
