2 Minute Fudge
From: oovvoo@mixcom.UUCP (Mike Shawaluk) 1 lb. powdered sugar 1/2 c. cocoa 1/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) In a large glass bowl, stir the sugar, cocoa, milk, and vanilla together. (Mixture will be very stiff). Put butter over top of mixture in center of dish. Microwave at high for 2 - 3 minutes, until butter is melted. Stir vigorously, until smooth - if all butter is not melted, it will be as you stir. Blend in nuts. Pour (spread?) into 8" x 4" x 3" pan (for thick slices), or 8" x 8" pan (for thin slices) Chill one hour in refrigerator or 20 minutes in freezer.
