Sesame Cheese Muffins
From: nate@grmail.Central.Sun.COM (Nate McConnell FE/SSE Grand Rapids) 48 muffins 2 cups All Bran cereal Mix All Bran and Bran Buds together 1 cup Bran Buds cereal with boiling water and set aside. 1 cup water, boiling Pour buttermilk into a large mixing 2 cups buttermilk bowl. Stir in soda, honey, eggs, oil 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda and cereal mixture and beat thoroughly. 1 cup honey In another bowl combine miller's bran, 2 eggs, beaten flour and salt. Add the flour mixture 1/2 cup vegetable oil to the wet ingredients and beat. Pour 2 cups miller's bran into greased muffin tins and bake at 1 cup flour 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, or 1/2 teaspoon salt until a toothpick comes out clean. raisins or chopped dates Serve warm. (optional) (Batter will keep in refrigerator for six weeks. Bake as many as you need at a time.
