Peanut Butter Fudge
Here's a recipe for ABSOLUTELY FOOLPROOF peanut butter fudge. From: gt2067c@prism.gatech.EDU (J. Paul Patton) 2 cups sugar 1 cup peanut butter ¾ cup milk (I've always used 2??, but whole milk will probably work fine) Stir milk and sugar together Slowly bring to a soft boil (stirring occasionally) Continue boiling for 10 minutes (stirring occasionally) Stir in peanut butter until smooth and creamy (it needs to look like a homogeneous solution) Pour into a buttered or greased pan to cool (a 9x9 pan works best, I've found)
