Mixed Fruit Muffins

Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, shortening, milk, and sour cream, just until moistened. Fold in the fruits. Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
