Lemon Soy Fish Fillets
2 fillets mild white fish, about 8 oz. 1 teaspoon low fat margarine, melted 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 garlic clove, minced 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 tablespoon sugar Parsley sprigs, lemon wedges to garnish Rinse fish and pat dry; lay it in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine margarine, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic, lemon peel, black pepper and sugar. Pour over fish and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat broilor. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Place fish in broiling pan. Broil fish 4to 5 minutes or until it flakes easily, basting with marinade at least twice. Garnish fish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings
